For the 40th birthday celebration of designer Sabine Marcelis, we were invited by Do by Little V to curate a bespoke cocktail and food pairing experience for 100 guests. The evening called for something truly special — refined, creative, and reflective of Sabine’s distinctive aesthetic.

What we've been asked to do
We designed a menu of Asian-inspired cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, that complemented the vibrant and refined dishes from Little V. Every serve was crafted with precision and balance, highlighting fresh, aromatic ingredients and elegant flavor combinations.
To elevate the experience, we selected unique glassware and custom garnishes that added visual flair and created a sense of exclusivity. Each cocktail was more than just a drink — it became part of the overall atmosphere, blending seamlessly with the event’s design, lighting, and culinary storytelling.
