For this project, Barrelproof was asked to support the full hospitality and cocktail production around the King’s Day celebrations with Ketel One Vodka.

At Nolet Distillery, we were responsible for the activities surrounding a large international group of guests, including bartenders, partners and brand relations from all over the world. Our team created the cocktail menu and signature serves, supported the hospitality flow, assisted with event coordination and delivered the full on-site execution.

In addition, Barrelproof provided bar service during the large family dinner and supported one of the most iconic moments of the programme: the Ketel One boat tour through the Amsterdam canals. From distillery hospitality to high-volume service on the water, our role was to make sure every drink, detail and guest moment reflected the quality and spirit of Ketel One Vodka.

The result was a series of energetic and well-executed King’s Day moments, with happy guests, great drinks and a strong Ketel One experience throughout.

From the Nolet Distillery to the family dinner and the Amsterdam canal boat tour, every setting had its own pace and atmosphere, but the focus remained the same: smooth service, quality cocktails and genuine hospitality. A celebration done properly, with the right people, the right drinks and the unmistakable spirit of King’s Day.
